Today is Holy Thursday

Today is Holy Thursday. It the commemoration of the Last Supper of Jesus when he established the Sacrament of Holy Communion before his arrest and crucifixion. 

The day also commemorates His institution of the Priesthood. This event is celebrated at every Mass, as party of the Liturgy of the Eucharist, but it is specially commemorated on Holy Thursday. 

Rev. Father Blaise Attchie of the Catholic Business Technology Institute in Accra says the Day reminds Christians to be humble and serve one another no matter the position one is in.
