NCCE to educate the public on anti-corruption, rule of law & accountability next month

The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) will from next month roll out intensive public education on accountability, rule of law and anti-corruption, in all 216 districts across the country.

The nationwide engagements seek to promote good governance in Ghana by reducing acts of corruption, improving accountability and compliance with the rule of law. 

The programme is intended to contribute to current reform processes in the area of rule of law, accountability, anti-corruption and environmental governance in Ghana as well as to increase the ability of citizens, civil society organisations and the media to hold government and duty bearers accountable.

The NCCE as a partner to other institutions implementing the National Anti-Corruption Action Plan, NACAP will collaborate with the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice, CHRAJ in the engagements with support from the European Union (EU).
