Egypt election: Voters to elect president

Egyptians go to the Polls today to elect a president in an election expected to produce a landslide for the sitting president Abdel Fattah el-Sissi.

There are few doubts that the incumbent will win after most opposition candidates withdrew.

The only other candidate is little-known centrist politician Mousa Mostafa Mousa. 

A known supporter of the current leader, and has said he supports Mr Sisi's re-election.

Seven candidates initially put themselves forward for the presidency but most of them have withdrawn from the race.
