Security Analyst heads to court over ratification of Ghana-US defence agreement by Parliament 

The Executive Director for Africa Centre for Security and Counter Terrorism, Emmanuel Kotin, says he will go to the Supreme Court for an interpretation of the Ghana-US defence cooperation agreement which was ratified by Parliament yesterday (March 23). 

According to Mr Kotin the move is necessary as the Supreme Court will help to interpret section/clause of the agreement.
