Just 1 schoolgirl left in hands of Boko Haram & 'won't be abandoned'- President Buhari

Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, has given the assurance that the last Chibok girl left in the hands of Boko Haram will not be abandoned. 

This comes after the Boko Haram extremists released 104 abducted girls on Wednesday, with no word on the 5 girls still unaccounted for. 

Sources say the extremists are still holding a girl captive because she is a Christian, and they hope to convert her to Islam. 

A statement from the Presidency said true followers of Islam respect the injunction that there is no compulsion in religion.
