Right to Information Bill to be laid before Parliament Today Majority Leader in Parliament Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu says the Right To Information RTI Bill will be laid before the House Today, March 23, 2018. According to him, Cabinet has already approved it. He however, said in view of the fact that the House will be rising, the bill will be referred to the Constitutional and Legal Affairs Committee to work on it. Mr. Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, touched on some issues tackled on the bill which caused the delay. In a related development, The Parliamentary Press Corp has added its voice to calls for the immediate passage of the Right to Information Bill. Information gathered by the press corp indicated that, the House will be debating on whether a central laboratory should be established for accessing information and which kind of information should be concealed from the public when the Bill is laid in the House on Friday.
