Ghana joins the world to mark World TB Day

As Ghana joins the world to mark World TB Day, the Ministry of Health has called on traditional leaders to fight against the myths and misconceptions of the disease.
  
The Deputy Minister of Health, Tina Mensah, said the myths surrounding TB brings stigmatization hence impeding the fight against the disease. 
 
Speaking at the National Commemoration of World TB Day in Accra, Madam Mensah indicated that government has deployed mechanisms to combat TB.
