Association Of Small Scale Miners Give Government Up To March Ending To Lift Ban Or... The Association of Small Scale Miners has given government up to the end of this month, to lift the ban on the operations of its members or face their wrath. Speaking to Radio Ghana’s Cynthia Boateng, the President of the Association, Michael Peprah, alleged government is conniving with the Chinese and other expatriates to mine illegally, while Ghanaian small-scale miners who have acquired license are being discriminated against. Mr. Peprah said the Association has had enough and the patience of its members is running out. Mr. Peprah said even if a directive is given to security agencies to shoot to kill miners on site, they are not afraid to die. GBCONLINE ---DECRYPTED---
