Kwabenya 'jailbreak': Court to rule on April 4 An Accra Circuit Court has set the 4th of April, to rule on the fate of two of the accused persons who have pleaded guilty in the Kwabenya jailbreak incident. The accused persons who pleaded guilty are Kofi Darko and Emmanuel Kortey. The Prosecutor in the case, DSP Kofi Bempah told the court that the latter, Emmanuel kitty was recently arrested at Asuotwene a suburb of Asamankese. He has also amended the charge sheet upon advice from the Attorney General. DSP Bempah has however found one suspect, Elvis Owusu and his plea has been taken.
