Zabzugu MP calls on gov’t to declare state of emergency after heavy rainstorm The Member of Parliament, (MP) for Zabzugu, Alhassan Umar has called on the government to declare a state of emergency in Zabzugu following a severe rainstorm that hit the Constituency displacing more than five hundred residents. He said government and for that matter the National Disaster Management Organisation, NADMO, must move in quickly to save lives and property.
