It says people could support the police by volunteering relevant information. The paper urges people to be conscious of their immediate environment and even the people around them. It believes if the police are adequately resourced they will perform par excellence. The Graphic calls on government to fully resource the National Intelligence Directorate of the Police Service to make it functional for it is only when the Police gather enough intelligence that they will be able to prevent crimes or promptly deal with them. Daily Heritage advocates for people to exercise routinely to stay healthy and avoid diseases such as heart attacks and strokes. The paper says it is notes that physical inactivity could contribute to unhealthy weight gain, diabetes and high blood pressure. The paper adds that healthy eating which includes fruits and vegetables and the avoidance of fatty foods and smoking could also go a long way to help.
