NCCE intensifies tax education The NCCE has started the second phase of its tax education campaign aimed at drawing public attention to the essence of tax payment. The East Mamprusi Municipal Director of the NCCE, Abu Nassau led staff of the Commission for an intensified tax compliance campaign in 52 communities in the District. The Commission took the campaign to traditional rulers and market places and interacted with fowl sellers, artisans and hairdressers among others and advised them to honour their tax obligations for development. Mr Nassam said tax payment in any amount must not be considered small since little contributions put together would build a mighty nation. He said industrialised nations developed through commitment of their citizens to pay tax and appealed to all to pay their taxes for improved healthcare delivery, better education and improved road networks.
