Stop using mobile phones on charge- Hassan Ayariga

The founder of the All People’s Congress (APC), Hassan Ayariga has cautioned the public not to use mobile phones while charging them, after a close shave with with his device.

His handset burst into flames shortly after he ended a call.

Mr. Ayariga in a viral video posted on Facebook said his phone burst into flames five minutes after he reconnected it to the charger following a conversation.


"Good Morning fellow country men and women, at around 9.30am today after receiving a call from a friend I left my phone on charge and less than 5 mins my Samsung galaxy S5 started burning. Please it is real, do not charge phone and receive calls at the same time."
