See sanitation as a war to fight

The MP for Ablekuma Central, Ebenezer Nartey says it is incumbent on every member of the party to see sanitation as a war to fight if the party should endear itself to the heart of Ghanaians.

He was speaking at the inauguration of the Elephant Queens Club, a pressure group of the NPP with Sanitation as its focus.

 Mr Nartey urged members of the club to move their activites beyond the Nmenmete electoral area so that their impact would be felt. 

The Assembly member for Nmenmete, who is also the 1st Vice Chairman of the NPP in Ablekuma Central, Abaane Asoke commended the club for its clean-up activities in the area and urged them to keep it up.

The secretary to the club, Olivia Sackey said their mission is to ensure the realisation of President Akufo Addo's vision of making Accra the cleanest city in Africa and will not rest on their oars until this is achieved.
