Martin Amidu as Special Prosecutor rekindles hope in corruption fight - CDD Ghana The Executive Director for the Center for Democratic Development CDD-Ghana, Professor Emmanuel Gyimah-Boadi says the nomination of Martin Amidu as the Special Prosecutor has raised his belief in President Akufo-Addo’s commitment to the fight against corruption. He stated that initially he doubted the current government’s overall anti-corruption fight especially when the government did not do much when corruption allegations were levelled against some of his appointees. He said the appointment of the Special Prosecutor has however rekindled his hope in governments fight against corruption.
