The Daily Heritage says it is within the rights of NGOs to front for gays and bisexuals in the name of human rights. The paper notifies Human Rights Watch and other advocacy groups that scheming to push the political class to legalise an illegality will not hold water. The paper urges human rights groups dreaming of fronting for lesbians and gays not only bow their heads in shame, but face the reality because they will fail as the conscience of the nation will rise against them.
                    
The Ghanaian Times calls on Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies to be proactive in sanitation matters. The paper says the directive by President Akufo-Addo to ministries and agencies to set up marshals to enforce sanitation by-laws has not been given attention by MMDAS. The Times says reasons given by the Ministry of Sanitation that it will hold a meeting this week to discuss the selection process on the sanitation Marshals is untenable. It says it is time to ask the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources to be proactive because it has a huge responsibility to keep Ghana clean and healthy.
