Ghana committed to ECOWAS Community Court - CJ

The Chief Justice (CJ), Mrs Georgina Theodora Wood, has assured the ECOWAS Community Court of Ghana's utmost cooperation and support.

She said Ghana is fully committed to the observance, interpretation and other key provisions in the revised trusty of the ECOWAS Court.

The Chief Justice said this in a goodwill message delivered by a Justice of the Supreme Court, Anthony Benin at a seminar for Legal and Judicial Officers of the Judicial Service on the practices, procedure and jurisprudence of the Community Court of Justice of ECOWAS, in Accra.
