NDP’s Candidate, Nana Konadu Underlines Importance Of Constant Rural Power Supply

The Former First Lady and Flagbearer of the National Democratic Party, (NDP) Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings says constant electricity supply is essential to the lives of people especially those living in the rural areas. 

For this reason when in government her administration will initiate solar energy panels for households at a small fee. 

Mrs. Agyemang Rawlings was elaborating on some agendas in her manifesto to the people of Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region where she is currently touring. 

The former first lady said the current government is inconsiderate and unsympathetic towards the needs and hardships that the people of Ghana are going through. 

She says the NDC government have misplaced priorities and the people continue to suffer for it. 

Mrs. Agyemang Rawlings asked the people of Bolga to make wise and informed decision by voting the NDC out and replace them with the NDP.

Mrs. Rawlings said she is still committed to creating an enabling environment for women at all levels of the society to contribute to the socio-economic development of Ghana.

She said with the encouragement and adequate resources, women can be the change-agents Ghana needs to build the communities. 

The Vice Presidential Candidate of the NDP Kojo Mensah Sosuh who addressed the people of Zebilla in the Bawku-West District of the Upper East cautioned them to beware of politicians who would want to buy their votes with money and other incentives. 

He asked them to make the right choice and vote for the NDP as their future depends on it.
