'I Pledge Peace Ghana' campaign held in Accra

An outdoor campaign event dubbed "I Pledge Peace Ghana 2016" has been held on the street in front of Opeibea House off the Airport Road in Accra.  

The event focused on advocating peace during and after the election.  

The event gave reference to the 2012 electoral dispute that led to the challenge of the electoral results at the Supreme Court.  

Organizers said the youth should not allow themselves to be used as perpetrators of violent acts.
