CPP rates NDC gov’t 'poor' in providing social amenities The Convention People's Party (CPP) flagbearer, Ivor Greenstreet, has rated the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government led by, President Mahama, poor in the provision of social amenities. He said the NDC government for eight years have failed to provide the people of Nantong with basic amenities to improve their livelihood and therefore urged the electorate to show the NDC the exit come December. Addressing a rally at Nantong in the Northern Region, Mr. Greenstreet said both the NDC and New Patriotic Party (NPP) for 24 years could not fulfill a single promise made to the people of Nantong saying, the CPP is the only party with a credible track record to give Ghana economic independence. Mr. Greenstreet said it is unfortunate that the NDC consistently announce ongoing road projects but no work are being done on such roads including the Tamale Nantong, Nantong Savelugu roads. Mr. Greenstreet assured the people that, work on that stretch will be done immediately he is elected into office. Mr. Greenstreet further enumerated some project that his government will embark on for the people of Nantong when elected. The Convention People's Party (CPP) flagbearer later called on the chief of Nantong and also addressed a similar rally at Savelugu. GBC
