Flour truck collides with car on Teshie bush road A Kia truck loaded with flour ON Tuesday collided with an Opel car with registration number, GW 7105 -R on the Teshie bush road, near the Demo block factory junction. The Opel car was en route to Accra while the Kia truck was heading towards ICGC church road. Eye Witnesses say the truck, which was running at a top speed crushed into the car. It took hours for onlookers to remove the trapped victims from the mangled car. The driver was immediately rushed to the 37 military hospital but later died while another passenger is said to be responding to treatment at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. This is the third time such an accident has occurred on the Teshie Bush Road. Residents say that during rush hours, commuters drive at top speed. They are therefore appealing to the Urban Roads Department to as a matter of urgency, erect speed ramps to reduce the spate of accidents on that stretch of the road. GBC
