US Envoy Says Climate Deal Is Bigger Than Any One Head Of State

US Special Envoy on Climate Change Dr.Jonathan Pershing says the Paris Climate Agreement will survive a Trump presidency.

Speaking before the arrival of Ministers and some Heads of State in Marrakesh on today's Climate Change Talks, Dr. Pershing said efforts are being made to tackle climate change globally.

The meeting has been rocked by the possibility that President-elect Donald Trump will withdraw the US from the pact.
