15th November, 2016 The Ghanaian times is proud that the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange, which was unthinkable some few years ago has become a reality and moved the country into the community of nations that can boast of a three tier interchange architecture. The paper says we must all be proud to be Ghanaians and while we pat ourselves at the back, we must advice both motorists and pedestrians to exercise maximum caution as we put the new interchange to judicious use. The Times believes that perhaps those whose activities must be watched closely are traders and vendors who sell their wares around the lorry parks and pedestrian mall at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle. The paper welcomes the new interchange and says Ayeeko to the government for the monumental project. The editorial of the Daily Graphic writes under the headline: "What is your pledge towards peaceful election" It says there is the need for every individual to resolve in one way or the other to champion peace during this year election. The Graphic says though some pockets of violence have already been recorded in some parts of the country with few weeks to the December polls, there is still room for tolerance on each other's part in order to prevent trouble before, during and after the election.
