Education ministry denies partnership agreement with NGO The Ministry of Education says its attention has been drawn to a claim that the Minister for Education and an NGO calling itself JKLEDU, are in partnership agreement to send at least 1,600 newly trained teachers on scholarship to further their education in Britain. The claim which has gone viral on some social media platforms went further to state that interested people should visit their District Directors to fill a form before 28th November, 2016. The Ministry in a statement has urged the public, particularly newly trained teachers to ignore the claim. The statement said the sector minister does not know the said NGO called JKLEDU, neither has she ever met any member of the said NGO on any partnership agreement to send some trained teachers abroad.
