Absent judge forces postponement of Kenya refugee case

A court bid to prevent Kenya's government from closing the World's biggest refugee camp has been postponed because the presiding judge was absent.

Two civil society organizations are challenging the decision to close the Dadaab camp near the border with Somalia.

Kenya says the camp, hosts 300,000 refugees, harbor’s terrorists and it wants the refugees, mainly from Somalia, to return to their country.
