The Daily Graphic calls the attention of Ghanaians to dietary needs. It says the recent Global Panel report that says 5.5 million of the country's adult population is malnourished is worrying. The paper says malnutrition has several effects on the individual and by extension, the economy. It therefore calls on Ghanaians to discard the notion that observing proper nutrition is for people with special health needs. The Graphic urges all to put the quality of food over quantity and also take in balanced diet to ensure healthy growth.

The Ghanaian Times calls for an end to what it terms the "cement war". It says it cannot be disputed that local cement producers are unhappy about the operations of a Nigerian Company, Dangote Cement Limited.  The paper believes the issues did not start with the entry of Dangote cement into the Ghanaian market.  The Times appeals to players in the industry to collaborate instead of fighting each other.  The Ministry of Trade and Industry and other Stakeholders must dialogue since the so called war does not send the right signal to investors.
