Police Service rolls out measures towards peaceful elections The Ghana Police Service has outlined new measures to ensure a peaceful and credible election in December. To this effect, the Service is acquiring five new drones for surveillance, distribution of flyers with peace and security messages, and harmonised training manuals for its personnel. An Election Booklet has also been developed for the Service in consultation with the EC. The Director of Operations of the Ghana Police Service, Chief Superintendent Dr. Ben Agordzo announced this at a forum of IDEG and the Civic Forum Initiative on Peaceful Elections and Credible Outcomes in Accra.
