President Mahama Predicts Landslide One Touch Victory In Elections

President John Dramani Mahama, has predicted a one round landslide victory for the NDC in the December polls.
 
He said his conviction comes from a good track record.
 
President Mahama, said this when he rounded up his campaign tour of Southern Volta with rallies at Ketu South, keta constituency and Akatsi. 

The President's convoy was ambushed by large groups of people along the road to have him speak to them. 

Radio Ghana’s Pascaline Adadevoh reports that this is the kind of confidence President Mahama, exhumes towards the elections in December and he believes strongly in the loyalty of the people of the Volta region.

Just as they refer to themselves as the Very Reliable region, they came out in their number to cheer the President. 

It was fascinating to see very old people standing in front of their homes and dancing.

At Ketu South, President Mahama, defended his infrastructure agenda.
 
He asked them to ignore the lies being peddled around by the opposition NPP that he is abusing public funds. 

He says since time immemorial, that has been the NPPs modus operandi. 

Residents in and around Ketu South now travel on an asphalted highway from Akatsi to Aflao. 

That stretch was in a deplorable state. 

Eighteen kilometres of Aflao town roads are being asphalted. 

They have also benefitted from a new Metro Mass terminal and a well paved lorry station at Aflao.  

Ongoing is a Forty million dollar sea defence wall for ketu south

The people of the Keta constituency particularly Anyarko have a water challenge. 

President Mahama, said the problem is being tackled and they will soon have some respite.

The President introduced the NDC Parliamentary candidates. 

They are Fiifi Fiavi Kwetey for ketu South, Richard Quashiga for Keta constituency and Bernard Ahiafor for Akatsi South Constituency.
