Election 2016: Police assure Ghanaians of peace and security The Inspector General of Police, John Kudalor has once again given the assurance that the peace and security of the nation will not be compromised or sacrificed on any altar. He said the security agencies will not relent on efforts to ensure peace before, during and after the December elections. The IGP gave the assurance at a meeting of the National Election Security Task Force Committee in Accra. Meanwhile, the IGP John Kudalor has tasked the Director General of Police, Legal to move to Suhum and Ajumako Beseasi to start the prosecution of those who fall foul of the law in the two towns. He said the arrested persons will be prosecuted without fear or favour. GBC
