COCOBOD justifies increase of producer price of cocoa

The Head of communications at COCOBOD, Noah Amenya has justified the increase of the producer price of Cocoa.
 
Speaking on GBC’s ‘Behind the News’, he noted that the increase has come at a good time and will motivate young farmers to cultivate more.

Mr Amenya refuted claims from some quarters that the increment is inadequate and will not boost the morale of cocoa farmers.
