Efutu MP petitions EC Chair to extend voters re-registration period

The MP for Efutu, Alex Afenyo-Markin has petitioned the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission to extend the period for re registration of those whose names have been scraped from the voters register for registering with NHIS cards. 

He says more than two thousand constituents have still not been able to register due to logistical challenges, long delays in the process and a centralized Centre for registration, it has become imperative for him to petition the high office of the EC chairperson.
