Fire Service denies mass resignation reports

The Ghana National Fire Service has denied reports of mass resignation within the service. 

According to the Deputy Public Affairs Director of the Service Billy Anaglate, only one junior officer resigned from the service and the purported mass resignations are not true. 

He called on the media to cross check information before placing it within public domain. 

Mr Anaglate disclosed this to GBC’s Agartha Asamoah on ‘Behind the News.’
