IGP assesses police readiness ahead of November polls The Inspector General of Police, IGP, John Kudalor, has expressed satisfaction with the police preparedness towards November general elections. The IGP is on a tour of the Regional Police Commands nationwide to assess their readiness towards security issues on the election day. Speaking to GBC’s Radio Ghana, the Director of Public Affairs of the Police Service, Superintendent Cephas Arthur, said the IGP has held discussions with some of the Regional Ministers and Heads of the Regional Commands to deepen collaboration at ensuring smooth election.
