The Daily Graphic calls on all voices that shape the processes of the country`s democracy such as the political parties, civil society organisations, religious institutions, traditional authorities and the media, to help ignite passion in the people to participate in the voters register exhibition exercise. The paper urges all irrespective of their state of physical well-being to make their way to the exhibition centres to check their names in order to be part of the decision time on November 7.  The paper adds that every step in the process towards the polls later this year is as important as any and this calls for the active participation of all and Sunday. 

The Ghanaian Times urges the security services to intensify public education on cybercrime to prevent the growth of "scamming" in the country. The paper describes as very distressing news about three Nigerians and a Ghanaian who were arrested for allegedly impersonating of John Kudalor on Facebook.  Against his backdrop, the paper calls on the security services to be on the lookout and surf the net so often so as to pick criminal impersonations early before they cause havoc.  The paper is worried about police personnel who fell for the scam. Saying as intelligence officers, it is strange that they were swindled in the manner that is being revealed.  The Times suggest that those arrested for such crimes must be punished severely.

The Daily Heritage lauds government’s decision to decentralise all State Institutions and urges parliament to scrutinize the proposed document to enhance efficiency in Governance. According to the paper, the lack of decentralisation is partly responsible for the slow pace of development in the country particularly at the local level. The Heritage is of the firm belief that Decentralising State Institutions would deepen participating governance and create equal opportunities for everybody.
