EP Church donates motor bikes to support outreach evangelism and outreach programs

The men’s fellowship of the Evangelical Presbyterian church, Ghana has donated four motor bikes to support outreach evangelism and social intervention programs in deprived areas. 

The motor bikes are valued at 12 thousand Ghana Cedis.  

At the presentation, the Men’s Desk Program Officer of the Church, the Rev. G. K Amegbe, said the fellowship’s donation is the first batch of contributions in response to the church’s campaign to promote evangelism and social transformation of rural dwellers. 

He said the fellowship over the years has been responding to the needs of some disadvantaged in deprived communities as well as inmates of Leprosaria and orphanages as part of its stewardship and social responsibility. 

The  Moderator of the of the General  Assembly of the E.P Church, Ghana, Rt. Rev. Dr.  Seth Agidi, thanked the fellowship for the donation, describing the gesture as commendable and worthy of emulation.  

He urged other groups to emulate the gesture of the men’s fellowship, particularly as the church seeks to increase its membership through effective discipleship, noting that the evangelism crusade being promoted by the church requires the collective responsibility of all members.
