David Cameron prepares to hand over to Theresa May

David Cameron will today hand over as UK's Prime Minister to Home Secretary, Theresa May. 

Mr Cameron is expected to face his last  questions as Prime Minister in the Commons, before heading to Buckingham Palace to tender his resignation to the Queen. 

Mr. Cameron said as he leaves office he hopes to see a stronger country, adding that it has been a privilege to serve Great Britain.  

Mr Cameron, who has been Prime Minister since 2010, announced he will step down after losing the EU referendum in June.
