PNC flagbearer turns down police protection

Flagbearer of the People's National Convention (PNC), Dr. Edward Mahama, says, until Ghanaians are given enough police protection, he will not accept police personnel to protect him. 

He said on his regional tours, police official are usually asked to accompany him, which, is normal but he will not want a permanent police protection. 

Speaking to GBC’s George Asekere, Dr. Mahama said, a PNC government will treat all Ghanaians equally.
