PPP to sue gov't again over non implementation of FCUBE The Progressive People's Party says it will head to the High Court next week to compel government to enforce the Free Compulsory Basic Education, FCUBE policy. The party said although the policy is enshrined in the 1992 constitution, successive governments have failed to implement it. The PPP will therefore seek redress at the High Court following the decision by the Supreme Court last year not to hear the application as it was not the right court to hear it. The National Secretary of the party, Murtala Mohammed said this at a news conference in Accra. GBC
