GJA wants 'blackout' on indecent language on political platforms

The President of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA), Roland Affail Monney, has charged the media to place a blackout on insults and indecent language spewed out in partisan political discourse and rather focus on issue based interactions. 

This will help to strengthen Ghana's peace this election year. 

He was speaking at a Durbar held in his honour at the Abampredease Palace of the Dormaahene in Brong Ahafo.  

Mr. Monney was the head of a delegation to invite the Dormaahene, Osagyefo Agyemang Badu to be special guest at the upcoming 27th GJA Awards slated for next month.
