Senior citizen worried over dwindling patriotism among Ghanaians A former National Security Coordinator, K.B. Quantson, has expressed worry over dwindling patriotism in the country. He said this critical element which rallied the citizenry to sacrifice for the national cause is now in oblivion. Sharing his thoughts with GBC's Radio Ghana on Republic Day, Mr. Quantson, noted that the nation needs a re-orientation to correct the anomaly, saying tribalism, politicking among others must not override the national interest. Mr. Quantson also advised Ghanaians to be mindful of their utterances as the nation heads to the polls. He said irresponsible pronouncements may fuel chaos which will in the long run undermine national security. GBC
