New party African Reform Movement receives registration certificate The African Reform Movement (ARM) has been presented with a provisional certificate by the Electoral Commission (EC), to enable it to take part in the November 2016 Election. The certificate is in partial fulfillment of the Political Parties Act, 2000 (Act 574) (Section 8, Subsection 2) and signed by the Deputy Chairman (Operations) of the EC, Amadu Sulley. The ARM, which is a new party on Ghana’s political landscape, was founded by Dr. Nii Amu Darko, a Medical Practitioner in Australia. The party aims at advocating a complete change of Ghana’s Constitution. GNA
