UEW Council set to be reconstituted

Government is to reconstitute the Council of the University of Education Winneba (UEW), on the 29th of this month to give guidance and oversight in the governance of the University. 

The University has since 2013 being operating without a Council. 

The Minister of Education Professor Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang, stated this today on the Floor of Parliament when she appeared before the MPs to respond to a question on the composition of the Council which stood in the name of the MP for Effutu Alexander Afenyo-Markin.
