World Bank assists Ghana to improve sanitation in Accra

The Minister for Local Government and Rural Development, Alhaji Collins Dauda, says the government with support from the World Bank will build forty-five thousand household and institutional toilets in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area. 

He noted that this will increase accessibility of places of convenience to low and middle income residents as well as school children. 

Alhaji Collins Dauda was speaking at the Sanitation Challenge Awards ceremony in Accra.
