BECE Leakages: GES introduces new detection software

The Ghana Education Service, GES, says a software known as Item Differential Profile, IDP, has been developed by the West African Examinations Council, WAEC, to help detect and expose candidates who engage in examination malpractices.  

The Director General of GES, Jacob Kor, who made this known, said some centers have been identified as leakage prone or suspected to condone malpractices therefore, these centers will be strictly monitored. 

Due to security reasons such centers were not mentioned.
