Inesfly Africa paints and debugs Tema Hospital OPD, others

Doctors, nurses, paramedics and patients at the O.P.D, and the maternity ward of the Tema General Hospital are now breathing a sigh of relief from mosquitoes, bedbugs cockroaches and other flying and crawling insects.  

This followed the decision by Inesfly Africa, an insecticide solutions manufacturer, in Accra to paint and debug the two facilities with its products. 

Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Medical Director of the Tema General Hospital,  Dr. Kwabena Opoku -Adusei said management hopes to cement its collaboration with Inesfly Africa to paint the whole hospital to make it comfortable for both workers and patients.  

He said the intervention by Inesfly Africa has also reduced the cost of disinfecting the two facilities.

The Chief Communication Officer of Inesfly Africa, Olivia Aseidu-Ntow said the company has supported the Keta and Odorgornor Senior High Schools to address bedbugs and other insects that invaded the two schools.  

She said efforts are underway to work directly with the Ministries of Health and Education to come out with a comprehensive programme of activity to paint and debug all health facilities and schools across the country.
