Ghanaians urged to participate in governance process

The Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana) is urging Ghanaians to get involved in the governance process especially at the district assembly level. 

The CDD says citizens must equip themselves with information in order to demand accountability and ensure the development of their communities. 

The Programmes Officer for CDD-Northern Ghana, Paul Osei Kuffuor, in an interview with Radio Ghana in Tamale said an informed citizen ensures that duty bearers are accountable to the people.
