Ban on drumming and noise making to be lifted today

The Ga traditional Council will this afternoon perform rites at Gbese Blohum in Accra to signify the lifting of the month long ban on drumming and noise making in Ga Mashie. 

The ban is placed each year to enable the spiritual leaders pray for a bountiful harvest leading to the celebration of Homowo.
