Cholera outbreak in Zanzibar, kills 45 Health Officials in Zanzibar say the cholera outbreak in the country has killed about 45 people since March. The Director of Disease Prevention at the Health Ministry, Muhammed Dahoma, said about three thousand people had been admitted to hospital with cholera.
