National Peace Council receives $1.5m support from US towards November polls

The US government has given the National Peace Council a $1.5 million support for its programme towards the November election.  

The support forms part of a 4.5 million dollar package in aid of this years polls.  

The US Ambassador to Ghana, Robert Jackson made this known at a VOA sponsored training programme on political reporting for selected Journalists in Accra.
