Ethiopia declares two days of national mourning

Ethiopia has declared two days of national mourning for at least 200 people killed by gunmen from neighbouring South Sudan. 

The country's house of representative in a statement said flags will be flown at half-mast across the country and in the country's foreign missions starting today.
